Green Seas International LTD was established 21 years ago to meet the demand of the marine industry for ship repairs, new ship buildings, and related services, either in Romanian ports or worldwide. Also, our Company is involved in civil and industrial steel construction.
Together with OK Welding Marine LTD, we do steelworks repairs for several Ro-Ro and passenger vessels in British shipyards like Harland and Wolf Belfast, Southampton, and Swansea.
From 2003 we diversified our activity and successfully cooperated with companies involved in projects connected to offshore and aluminum industries in Norway, Sweden, and Iceland.
We added to our portfolio companies such as Alcan Alesa from Switzerland, Peder Halvorsen from Norway, Heddin from Iceland.
After we've opened our company branch in Iceland we were involved in projects for executions and assembling industrial equipment and conveyors in aluminum plants such as Nordural and Isal.
We made investments in our facilities to expand our activity. We extended the production workshop and installed new types of equipment to increase the efficiency and quality of our products.

Green Seas International LTD has two workshops, one of 400 sqm and another one of 700 sqm. The largest workshop has three entrances that make access easier.
Also, there are two cabinets of sandblasting and painting, each of 70 cubic meters.
Both workshops have crane facilities and are prepared with plasma cutting and welding machines as well as with different pieces of equipment for steelworks.
Looking up to accomplish its commercial objectives, Green Seas International is accredited by a management system of quality in conformity with ISO 9001: 2015 ; ISO 14001: 2015; SR 3834-2 developed by Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH.
In consequence, the company's goal is to provide products and services that fulfill or even overcome its customers' standards regarding quality, safety, performance during projects, and environmental protection.
Safety is a primary objective in our operations. Our superior performance is purely based on our strong belief in the implementation of a behavior-based Safety Management System.
We understand that the safety and health of our people is a core determinant in ensuring the success of any project and we act accordingly. Hence, we have developed a Safety and Environmental Management Program (SEMP), which is primarily a documentation and awareness program based on guidelines provided in API RP 75.
